Adera is a leading Vancouver developer who required a website to showcase their company, various cutting-edge properties and achievements within the community. In addition, Adera requested the website to function as a customer management tool to mate with their multi-platform marketing efforts. Thus, the creation of a new marketing campaign based on the theme of  “Welcome to the Family.”

The concept highlighted Adera’s true ‘partners’ in its success – their employees. By making the individuals behind Adera the focal point, potential homebuyers were presented with instant emotional connection with staff, and an idea of the true nature of the company they were investing in.

Photography of Adera’s key employees within their environment was commissioned and the resulting imagery was integrated into a broad brand message used throughout all of Adera’s collateral, including website, print advertisements (full page and banner ads) as well as in the presentation center showroom displays and graphics.

A clean, easily navigated site was built to received rave reviews and a silver Georgie Award. Individual, specific property development websites were also established and treated in a templated format which reduced overall maintenance and data entry costs.

Within the contact form, a sophisticated database allowed Adera to send customers timely, relevant information about the properties of interest to them.
