Trucking Safety Council of British Columbia Annual Report
This exciting program was conceived, named and developed by Tugboat on behalf of the Trucking Safety Council of British Columbia. A request was made to assist TSCBC to arrive at a new visual identity to not only help promote the new provincial association, but help drive a new initiative to communicate the benefits of safe driving within the province.
“Safety Driven” was a strategy created by Tugboat to serve as a marketing program to both educate and promote safety to workers, employers and the public at large about truck driving within BC (much like WorkSafe BC).
TSCBC also required the direction of Tugboat to help define its roll within the BC trucking landscape. TSCBC's goal is to become the defacto association that speaks on behalf of the BC's trucking workers. A new TSCBC corporate identity was developed that reflects it's involvement in road safety through the use of a symbolized highway within the logomark. Use of bright yellow 'reflector' symbols that mimic safety stripes, help to also convey the idea of road safety and safe driving.
Stemming from the early brand identity foundation work, Tugboat followed suit with the design and production of TSCBC's annual reports, marketing collateral and interactive web and computer based presentation materials.
