Sexual assault is one of the most underreported crimes in Canada. In 2008, BC launched a Third Party Reporting Protocol as an option for women (19 years+) to share information abour sexual offences anonymously. This SWC campaign promoted the newly launched protocol and encouraged women too afraid to call the police to help the police connect the dots on sexual predators.
